Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in the craftsmanship of our footwear and offer a 28-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure products are returned in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn products in their original Le Chameau box and secure them within a protective outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
